Christmas Day!

Christmas morning was wonderful! Our kids actually slept in until about 7:30 and that was really nice! I am trying to enjoy the few years we have left of sleeping in on Christmas morning because I'm sure it wont last long!

I love seeing their sleepy excited little bodies run to see what santa brought them first thing in the morning!

Next it was stocking opening time!

And on to the presents!! Chad got mostly BSU things this year.
Brielle wasn't really into unwrapping gifts but she was a trooper though it all!
We always line up all our gifts and take a picture of all our loot after we are done opening so we can remember what we got each year. Here's Mollies loot.
 And mine.
 And Carters
And Dads...He was being a bit weird and showing his excitement for yard tools!
And Brielles!
Then it was time to play! Mollie thought getting a nerf gun was pretty cool and she loves Doc McStuffins this year.

Carter quickly built his new legos as he sported his lego jammies!

Brielle learned to love her ball pit and spent the day crawling in and out of it.
She also got her first sucker and has been practicing standing up on her own!

After lunch we hit the sledding hill! We had no snow at all when we went to bed on Christmas eve but we woke up to several inches and it snowed all day on Christmas day! It was so nice to have a white Christmas! I've really been missing the snow.
 Look at those smiling faces!!

Me and Brielle swung on the swings while we waited. It was so quiet and peaceful.
At home we tried to play in the snow too but it was not good packing snow and building a snowman was next to impossible...but we tried!
And the kids were in heaven just playing in it.
We had a wonderful Christmas week and hope you all did too! Now to get my house back in order and get rid of all this junk food!!!! Merry Christmas!
