More summer things!

We bought the Get Out Pass that had lots of fun things on it! So here are some of the fun things we did. This place in Ogden was super fun. It's called Airborne.
Who has a zip line on the ceiling? They do!

We boated a few times!

We really  had a hard time with weather this year! But we did get out some.
Jilly Bean turned TWO and she got a cookie. We also celebrated 1 year in our new home.

Lagoon was on the pass which was one of the big reasons we bought it. It was fun to be back there and not have to spend time in kiddie land!

Ry loved the rollercoasters!
We did the go kart track and it was fun.

Rylee conquered Colassus! And so did Brielle! Bri didn't love it! Rylee went on it a few times! Bri ofter says...I'm just not a roller coaster girl.
The weather was perfect and the only ride we didn't get to do was Rattle Snake Rapids. But thats ok. The lines really weren't bad and we had a good time.
Mol had a tourney in Park City that they did well at. Me and Mol stayed the first night and then the girls joined us the next night. We shopped at the outlet malls as well as everyone else in town and we got caught in a serious rain storm! I've never seen so much water that came down constantly! For a good 30 min it just dumped rain. We were starving and soaking wet but it made for some fun memories...like my phone jumping out of my pocket into a puddle in the middle of the road...and some how surviving!
The hot tub felt lovely..but then we all coughed the whole night. I don't know why but it must have been from the chemicals.
Chad in his happy place. We love playing in the summer.

Antelope - The year of Movie themes

Antelope campers have since added a theme to our adventures. Serena was in charge this year and each day was themed a movie. We were there for the Willy Wonka days and he Hobbit. I know there was a Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and a Beatles Day too.

We were greeted by Willy Wonka himself for breakfast and given a golden ticket!
Breakfast was chococolate pancakes and chocolate milk.

Later that morning we had a Willy Wonka store! I remember going to a reunion as a kid and thinking the best thing in the world was the country store! There were lots of cute things to buy and goodies too.

As usual, lots of 4wheeler rides were had.
And trips to the stream

There were plenty of dirty faces from the rides and all the treats.

The Beatles made an appearance at the campfire that night.
And some oompa loompas!
Later, it was the 3 amigos!
Here is Violet the blueberry!
And fizzy pop with a burping contest - gross!
And the kids got to find out if they were a good egg or a bad egg!

Cousin relationships were strengthened! Ry and Julie are always inseperable. They are young enough to forget eachother every year and then become best friends all over again when they meet!

Its always awesome how great the kids all get along. There are rarely any problems and everyone finds a buddy and stay busy. Bri & Amellia were also best buds.
And it can't be camp with out some crafts coming out!
Chewy made the trip with Justins fam and he was always very interested in the food. But check out that sunset!
One day we took a women's break and  had a quick babyshower for Emily. I'm sure its the first baby shower I've attended that I smelled like smoke and was caked with dirt. I forgot my tennis shoes AGAIN (I've done this before) and so my feet were very dirty. Thankfully Carrie let me borrow some shoes.
The whole gang!

The best part is always the food! Chad made some killer potatoes! I finished the last bite.
On the way home we stopped in Arco to see  G&G Hymas but we picked them up and went straight to the drive in to get ice cream...still smoky smelling and dirt covered
After we got clean, we had yet another campfire and grandmas to roast hot dogs. They always taste the best over G&Gs fire. Jilly was right there to supervise. She stayed with grandma and gramps for the camping trip. I did NOT want her in all that sagebrush and dirt.
Good naps were had by the boys
And on they way home we stopped to see and meet baby Ivy for the first time. We picked up some pizza and met my brothers at the park and got in all the baby snuggles we could!
The girls were smitten!
We had a great time in Idaho catching up with all our family! We are so blessed to be a part of a big family that we love!
