Carter is almost 6 weeks old now! He is finally starting to fit into clothes other than onesies and he weighs 10 lbs now! He is starting smile and just be so much fun! He slept 5 hours straight the other night and it was the best night ever! Now we just have to break him of sleeping in the bed with us. He hates his bassinet so far. Life is starting to not be so crazy and i feel like we are getting on some sort of schedule...kinda!

Cuddle Bug

Since me and chad are both cuddle bugs ourselves, we absolutely love having a new little person to cuddle with and kiss. Carter is growing so much and changing every day! I just cant resist taking as many pictures as i can of him. These are just a few we took the other day. We are loving having him!

FOOTBALL

Call me crazy, but when Carter was 6 days old, we took him to his first football game in the Holt Arena. His uncle jordan was playing a school from California and it was a great game! He slept through the first half, but was wide awake for the 2nd half. He's such a good natured baby!

First Bath

Carter had his first bath on Sunday and he LOVED it! Until we washed his hair. He was just kicking and splashin' away, until we got his hair wet. Then all heck let loose! We are loving all these "firsts" with our new little guy. He's such a sweetie!

He's HERE!!!

Our little miracle, Carter Monroe Hymas, came to us on Sept. 8th 2008! He is such a sweet little boy! We went into the hospital on the 7th because i had had contractions for about 6 hours. The nurses got me all hooked up and they found out that my blood pressure was dangerously high. So bad that it could start causing me to have seizures, so they decided to induce me. 6 hours and 5 pushes later, we had a little boy! He was born at 12:02 am and weighed 6lbs. 11oz. He is a long little guy measuring 21 inches long! there cant be any better gift than having him here. we were so blessed that he is happy and healthy!

HAPPY 40th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!

We celebrated Clyde and Evelyn's 40th Wedding anniversary this last Sunday at Chelsey's house in Chubbuck. We had a surprise BBQ for them and Chris and Cami's families were able to come as well. Chelsey had a neat book made for them where all the kids had writtin their feelings and added family pictures. It turned out really cool.

Pregnancy Photos

Well the time is coming to a close where i wont have a huge protruding bump coming out of the middle of me, so i figured i would get is some pregnant pictures, although the LAST thing i feel like is CUTE in any way, shape, or form!!










Me and Evelyn (my mother-in-law) spent hours in the studio taking pictures and having way too much fun!































In the end though I'm really glad i took them. She did such a good job and made being pregnant look somewhat glamorous!
