JOY SCHOOL FIELD DAY!

The last day in April Mollie's Joy School group had a field day. Lots of fun activities were planned including a watergun letter hunt
And this fun bean bag game where you try to get bean bags in everyone elses bucket but your own.
The cute group (plus Carter got to tag along)
They decorated "rings" and tossed them over water bottles.

And a potato sack relay which was both of my kids favorite activity.
There was also an obstacle course and cup cakes! We had so much fun and the weather was beautiful!
WE LOVE JOY SCHOOL!!!

Feeding the goats

Mollie's little joy school group has done so many fun cute things! On her last day we went to a farm where you could feed baby goats and big goats. I was unsure if she would even get near them and it took a while to warm up to them...
But pretty soon she was feeding them from her hand like a pro!
She really loves most any animals, although she is always hesitant at first. She especially loved feeding this little runt from a bottle.
She was in heaven and didnt want to leave it!
Sad that Joy School will soon be over but we are looking forward to summer!!!

The HUNT & Easter morning

 Easter morning!
The Easter Bunny may or may not have forgotten this little girl on Easter....WOOPS!

Sunday best! Getting ready to go to church with G&G Reed
My family has an epic easter egg hunt every year. It SO beats going to any town egg hunt!

Bri didn't really know what to think. For the most part it was a pretty nice day but we had to leave a little early when the wind picked up.
 My little poser.
 Eggs for days.

And way more candy than we could handle! But mom and dad took care of it! So blessed to have an awesome family who loves to get together and for My grandparents who host this every year. Sure love them.

And it wouldn't be Easter if I didn't recognize the real meaning of it. A few days before Easter we watched the testaments with the kids. At the end when the Savior is resurrected , I noticed Carter rubbing his eyes. I asked what was wrong and He said the movie made him get tears. (Which of course cued my tears to start flowing!) We shared a very tender moment talking about the Savior and what he did for us. That movie is so powerful and strengthened my testimony of my savior even more. He has done so much for us and really only wants our happiness and for us to return to be with him. I have felt his love during this season and have had more tender mercies directed towards me than I can count. I try hard each day to realize His hand in my life. I know he lives and I know he loves me. Happy Easter!

Idaho trip!

I picked up Carter from school and to my surprise he looked like a little bunny! He has had the best teachers with his little preschool and they always do cute fun things.
As I was packing up the last few things and making lunch for the kids before we left Mollie thought she needed a bunny face too and drew her own...with PERMANENT MARKER!!
She did a pretty good job though! But she was really sad when I told her that it wouldnt wash off. She said " Mom I dont want to be a bunny forever!" through her tears.I wanted to be mad but I couldn't help but laugh my head off. So we quickly used some fingernail polish remover and got most of it off

Then we hit the road to IDAHO!
These girls make my heart so happy! I've been blessed with incredible friends in Twin Falls but these two girls fill the missing parts of my soul. We have been able to keep in touch since we have moved and they will never know how much that has helped me!

Jenna had baby Landon in January and Jess is due any day now (in May) with a little girl. We loved meeting Landon! He is such a happy boy.
THEN we went to our first easter egg hunt at a friends house! She just bought a new house and had lots of land to have a big easter egg hunt on!

They decorated sugar cookies and made bunny ears too.
All the kids lined up for the hunt.

Mollie and Lily stuck together and kept putting eggs in eachothers baskets. These girls have become good buddies by default. So sad we live so far away!

Carter and Jace hung out in the pasture finding eggs.

And this kitty....oh man! Mollie fell completely in love! She drug this poor kitty all over the place. I didnt think she was going to let us leave it. She kept begging for us to take it home....JUST WHAT WE NEED! (not!) But it was kinda cute seeing her carry it all over. Even though I am NOT a cat person.
Then we headed off to grandmas for more easter and birthday festivities!

4 months old!

Time please slow down! This little gal is 4 months old! She is appears to be really close to getting her teeth but I'm sure it will be that way for months! She has two big bumps in the place of her "vampire teeth" on both sides. It made for a sad Easter trip to Idaho. But we survived.
She tried out a swing for the first time this month!
And I had to capture this picture of all the rolls in her little thighs. I'm in love! Diapers changes become quite lengthy when you have to clean between each roll!!
And here is our little bee with the master bee keeper. My Aunt crocheted this cute little outfit for her since my dad is a bee keeper.
Love our little bumble bee!!
