Fun fall festivals

One of the first festivals we went to was a customer appreciation day for a bounce house rental. They had free hot dogs, popcorn, cotton candy, drinks and fun and games and bounce houses!! All for free!!

We grabbed some friends and went! 

 The sack races were fun and all the kids scored some fun light up toys.

 The next one was the Honey Harvest Festival. G&G Reed were in town and given grandpas hobby, I thought we'd go check it out! It was really cute! Here are the kids with the queen bee!

 And a Pony bee!

 They have the most incredible petting farm with a baby camel, zebra, & yak among other things.

 Grandma spoiled all the kids with a treat or toy.

 After that we went to a cute pumpkin patch in grantsville! Most of the pumpkins had sadly frozen but we did find a few that weren't too bad.

 Of course Brielle found the tiniest pumpkin and called it an "American Doll" pumpkin And had to get some.

I love fall and the festivals and the warm sun in the cool air! We were glad to share it with our grandparents!

General Conference

 We were excited to score some tickets to the Sunday morning session of conference from Chad's home ward! I was so excited to take my kids and for them to sit in the presence of our prophet. I was most excited for them to experience the holy silence when the prophet walked in and everyone stood. But since the spoken word performance was going on, the prophet was already out! Darn we missed it! But we did get to hear him speak and talk about all the good the church has done.

 We were clear at the top so I was glad to have the big screen to still watch. But there is just something special about being there and experiencing it in person along with many other righteous saints.

The choir was beautiful and the kids got excited each time they could see the prophet. What a blessing it is to live so close to the conference center and have the prophet in our back yard!

Mollie's 9th birthday

OK, first of all, why does she look so grown up for a 9 YEAR OLD?! She is so gorgeous! Mollie wanted to have a halloween costume party with friends for her birthday so that is what we did. She HAD to have a costume from Decendants so it was one of her gifts. 

 Its an Evie costume, The Evil Queens daughter.

 All her friends came totally decked out and we had some food.

 And took pictures! (Thanks to my neighbor for the cute backdrop)

 Some played bingo, while others crafted pumpkins.

 We ate mummy dogs and had a caramel apple bar.

 Later we decorated cookies! Oh so much sugar!!

 As it got dark, we headed outside for a scavenger hunt! They were in for a surprise....!!!

 All of a sudden a T-Rex joined the party and chased the girls around! Oh the screaming!!

 He even got ahold of CHAD!

 After a while, the girls decided he was a nice dino. Thanks to my neighbor for playing dino!

 We put candles in the cookies and sang happy birthday to this girl! In English and Portuguese!!

 Then it was time for presents! Some of these costumes were epic!

 These 2 beautiful ladies helped me tons during the party and stole my phone for some pics!

 The next day was mollies actual party and she opened presents with the fam.
We also had to celebrate with the soccer team so here is my attempt at soccer cupcakes!

Happy Birthday girl! Can't believe 9 years of your life have flown by! WOW!! Love you!!!

RYLEE'S First Day of Preschool

Rylee is officially a Baby Buff!! She started preschool at the High School this week. The HS kids take a class to learn to care for children and be a teacher. I knew it would be perfect for her because she loves teenagers. She is always finding them and latching onto them. She had been begging for weeks when it was her turn and she was ecstatic when it finally arrived!

 Brielle I think missed her the most although it was hard to send my baby out the door to school!!

 A few pics of her classroom! She found where to hang her backpack right away and loved the little tables and chairs and all the toys.

Time is only going quicker!! She'll probably graduate from high school in a few short weeks! It was hard to be too sad because I knew how excited she was. She's such a cutie and will LOVE going to school and making friends.
