We made the difficult choice of whether or not to gather for Christmas like we typically do. We decided we would with everyone in masks the whole time and lots of hand washing and servers for the food. Each person was put in charge of 1 activity. Mom and dad wanted to do snow activities. Sadly there wasn't much snow, but we went out anyway for a snowball fight. It didn't take long to find out the snow was really ICE!
Some cute grandkids!
Tony's activity was to do Dance Central! It was fun and got us sweating and burning some calories.
Grandpa came up with around the world ping pong, it took us a few times to get it but we eventually did and it was fun!
I made a bunch of cookies to decorate!
We had antler toss as well.
And lots of cousin snuggles.
It was so nice that Justin and his family could be there despite the circumstances! We haven't all be together for a good 2 years! Of course the 'tweens' were hooked on their devices. Atleast they were playing a game together on them.
We had a nice dinner and then it was time for our big present opening!
Mom and dad are always so good to us!
And the kids!
It's not a Reed get to gether if there isn't someone getting some body work!
Merry Covid Christmas from the Reeds!
On the way home we stopped at Willard Bay and drove through their Christmas in Color Display. It was really neat and so pretty!
I'm sure grateful for my family and the effort and precautions that we took so we could still get together. No one in our immediate family has caught covid that we know of and we want to keep it that way! Family has been everything this year and being home with everyone was really nice! Merry Christmas!!!
