Rylee's Baptism Day

July 1st finally arrived! It was Grandpa Clyde's birthday, but we got permission to do it on his special day. We had lots of family from idaho join us for the special day! She looks so adorable!
She wanted a backpack scripture holder so that is what she got! Her hair turned out so cute too!

Sometimes I can do hair! Happy with how it turned out! And it stayed in!

Grandparents on both sides were able to come.

And this Maughan/Farris Clan sang with our kids at Rylees request at her baptism. They sang I'm Trying to be like Jesus. It was so precious!
Jordan and Brielle gave talks at the baptism. Carter and Mollie were the witnesses and Grandma Reed was the chorister.

Mollie recorded the whole thing, not knowing that she wasn't supposed to!

Fresh from the font. My fav pic from this day!
Ready to get the Holy Ghost. Many awesome uncles, friends, and grandparents stood in.
We had a taco feast afterwards! We felt so blessed with all who came to support us!

We felt so much love this day and I'm very grateful for Rylee's righteous choice to be baptized. To agree to follow Jesus. It is such an important thing and you have the best gift now to help you all throughout your life! The Gift of the Holy Ghost! ALWAYS use it. You will need it so much. Love you Rylee!!!!
